Introduction

Framwellgate Moor Methodist Church has a membership of 16 with a regular worshipping congregation of about 20 people meeting together on a Sunday morning and evening. The congregation comes from the local area.

A traditional Methodist chapel, the congregation supports each other throughout the week. Within the life of the church the people gather for worship on a Sunday. The Women's Fellowship gather together on Second and Fourth Tuesday afternoons, with a small house group gathering on a Wednesday evening to study various parts of the Bible.

The congregation at Framwellgate Moor are proud of their history, whilst at the same time keen to find new ways of worshipping God and serving the community. Currently the congregation are looking into ways of making their building more accessible to people of all abilities.
